Dear Alumnus,
My name is Alexander Friend and I have been elected to take over for Kristi Lee as VP of Alumni Relations.  I am very excited to take this position and am looking forward to personally speaking and getting to know you all. I would also like to share with you a little about my plans for the future…

The main goal for the Alumni committee in the coming terms is to do a major expansion effort for our database.  I am mostly concerned with finding fellow Kappa’s and getting them involved in our events.  This is not only so our membership can be exposed to established business professionals but also to reconnect fellow kappa alumni with each other!  We are also in the preliminary stages of establishing a mentorship program which will provide a more personal relationship between an alumnus and one or two current members who are studying in the same industry or field of interest.
