Chapter Policies

Dues

All members must pay $70 for dues by the end of week 2 of each term. Every week after this, there will be a $5 additional fine. You must still pay the full amount and are highly encouraged to participate in fraternity events. There are only 2 exceptions to this policy: 1. Studying abroad 2. Taking a term off from school (i.e. not being enrolled in any classes at the U of O).
If you have any financial issues and are unable to pay your dues by Friday of week 2 (October 10th), contact Lenny Pichette, before the due date, and you can work together to find and acceptable solution.

Attendance

All GBM's are mandatory. Members must be present unless they have a valid excuse (illness, family emergency, etc.) Members must notify the Warden, Hannah Mason at hmason@uoregon.edu at least 24 hours in advance.

3 Strikes and you're out!

One strike can be gained in one of four ways ways:
1. Not attending GBM
2. Being 5 or more minutes late to GBM
3. Leaving GBM before it has been concluded
4. Not showing up for an event that you signed up to do.
5. Not attending committee meetings

If you cannot make the slot you signed up for then you must talk to Hannah no later than 24 hours before the event.

Required Hours

All members must complete 2 hours of philanthropy and 2 hours of fundraising by the end of week 9 of each term. Events will be scheduled each term and dates announced in advance. We also encourage each member to attend at least 2 brotherhood events each term.
