* Get statement of support of the facilitated dialogue from Deans and from Department Heads (as many as is possible).
* Develop the diversity/sensitivity training within the Teaching Effectiveness
Program.

* Create a concise package of educational dialogues available from Human
Resources
LONG TERM
* Present our concerns and proposals to all departments throughout the following year (99/00)
* Follow through with PPPM and (possibly Sociology) with some form of
facilitated dialogue and use as an exemplar of the program.
