Short-term goals:
1. Plan to have self-survey questions written out for administration
at the beginning of fall term.
2. Find a home for #1.
3. Set groundwork for week of welcome discussions (middle majority
objective).
4. With Spencer, have a proposal for RI.
5. Find a home for assessing the results of the self-survey and
recommending changes.
Long-Term Goals:
1. Self-survey each fall for incoming AND returning students, staff,
and faculty with evaluation and recommendations.
2. #1 to be institutionalized.
3. WOW to include "town hall" meeting for discussion of diversity.
4. RI to be funded and realized.
