President's Duties
Main Duties
- Coordinate between officers.
- Delegate tasks and make sure they are completed.
- Main contact person between the Club and the University.
During Meetings
- Facilitate the meeting.
- Affirm that everyone did their tasks for the previous week.
- Affirm what everyone's tasks are for the following week.
During the week
- Send out reminders to members of their tasks for the week.
- Ensure that the Secretary has updated the phone message and the Webmaster has updated the website every Sunday by noon. The lessons
need to be up to date.
Scheduling for Each Term
- Gerlinger rooms for Friday night dances through PARS (Glenn Cashel).
- Auditors for Friday night dances through scheduling office.
- Century Room for weekly meetings through scheduling office.
Upon Leaving Office
- Auditors - Make sure you introduce the new president to the Auditors (Mary) and transfer contact information.
- Scheduling -Transfer contact information to Glenn.
- Show the incoming president the scheduling office and how to schedule auditors and Century room.
- Electronic Communication -Show incoming president how to use the listserv and the Google group.
