Supplementation Guide

  • Start from the bottom with a good foundation and work your way up.  Make sure you get a balanced diet, plenty of water.  Have a look at the nutritional guide.

  • Make sure you get a full range of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals.  A good multi-vitamin is a good idea.

  • Calcium.  Not only is it good for your bones, and intestines, it is good for your muscles too.

  • Protein.  It is often hard and more expensive to get all the protein required to maximize your muscle growth potential and minimize catabolic effects of some exercise.  A good whey protein powder is an excellent way to make up the difference.  Also, it is a convenient an fast acting way to provide your muscles with fuel and growing material immediately following workouts.

  • Meal Replacement Powders and Bars.  This can be a good way to get enough quality calories, which are essential in strength and size gains.

It is a good idea to speak with your physician before starting a new nutritional program.
