Strength & Conditioning

Introduction

When the University of Oregon Athletic Department established a strength & conditioning program in 1978 it opened the doors to whole new world of academic/athletic achievement for the department and all of the student-athletes involved.  And now as we move into the 21st century the University of Oregon can offer even more "state of the art" programming in the areas of Strength, Speed, Agility, Flexibility, Endurance, Nutrition and Academic/Athletic Life Style.
The University of Oregon Strength & Conditioning Program is involved with many achievements ranging from Olympic Contests to camps and clinics all over the world.  It is our goal to continue to develop, apply and share knowledge regarding the improvement of athletic performance.
Therefore we welcome you to the University of Oregon Strength & Conditioning Program website.  Whether you're a coach, athlete or a proud fan, we hope you enjoy your visit and check back frequently.
