Mission and Goals
Affirmative Action Statement: Students for the Jewish Student Union does not discriminate on the basis of ability, sex, reace, religion, age, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, national origin, political views, or any other extraneous considerations. We abide by all University of Oregon and Oregon State System of Higher Education regulations governing student groups, as well as all applicable city, state, and federal laws.

Legal Compliance Statement: Students for the Jewish Student Union, to the best of our knowledge, operates within all state and federal guidelines established for fee funded groups and uses incidental fees for permissible purposes in compliance with the 1985 Oregon Attorney General's Opinion. Mission Statement: Students for the Jewish Student Union work to help UO students become more aware of Jewish culture. We also work to provide a safe environment for students that want to learn more about Jewish culture.

Goal Statement: To provide a well based library of knowledge of Jewish culture.

What We Do:

  1. Jewish Culture Night
  2. Tell UO students about Holocaust
  3. Make a comfortable place for everyone
