At our most recent community service event approximately 30 brothers and pledges worked two consecutive Saturdays to accumulate 180 hours of service. Working in St. Thomas Episcopal Church's community garden, we faced a formidable opponent in the mountain of leaves provided by Lane County. With lots of teamwork and little direction from the "Leaf-Masters" as they called themselves, Kappa Sigma was able to at least put a large dent in the pile and helped to prepare the community garden for the coming winter months.
