1518 Kincaid has
been a home away from home for Pi Phis for almost 100 years. Our
chapter house is conveniently located right on the edge of the University
of Oregon campus, and just across the street from the library. We
also are neighbors to several other Greek chapters and are on 15th
street often referred to as Greek Row.
Every week, our sisters enjoy meals prepared by our cooks, wireless
high speed internet access and access to in house laundry facilities.
Our full time live-in house mother, Charlotte Mason, has been living
with us for 20 years! She is a special part of every woman’s
experience here at Pi Phi.
Our Oregon Alpha House Corporation continually updates the condition
of our house, improving our quality of living. They have recently
renovated our basement into a comfortable place to hang out, created
another TV room for sisters and fixed up our backyard!
