A seasoned loan officer with over 25 years of experience in the mortgage and lending field, Jim is a thirty year resident of Lane County and a former area banker.   His experience includes conventional, conforming and non-conforming loans, along with V.A. and construction products.

Originally from Chicago, Illinois,   Justina graduated with honors from UCLA with a degree in business.   She moved to Eugene, Oregon in 2000 and was a corporate sales manager for national companies, such as 24 Hour Fitness and Gold's Gym.   She entered into the lending field and joined the Direct Home Funding team in 2003.   Justina speaks fluent Spanish and has a great deal of experience with a wide variety of loan products.

Kristen McClintock

Born and raised on the East Coast, Kristen graduated with honors from Saint Anselm College in New Hampshire in 2004.   After graduation, she moved to Eugene, Oregon with her husband, who is currently working on his Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry at the University of Oregon.   Kristen joined the Direct Home Funding team in January 2005
