It is your responsibility to make sure that your duty area is clean at 5:00 PM when it's graded.

If this means doing it before you have a class or waking up 20 minutes earlier in the morning, then do so and inform the grader/kzar that you are doing it early. In other words, there is no excuse for your duty to not be done some time before 5:00 every day assigned. Consider yourself warned now, so don't give the grader/kzar shit if you get a D for doing your duty at 6:30PM without warning.

For each duty, there is a list of items that the grader/kzar will check.

•  If all items are complete, you will receive a “G.”

•  If not all items are not completed, not completed well, or not on time, you will be marked with a “D” and will possibly be on the following week's K-Crew—depending on your house rank.

•  A “DD” will be given if many of the duty items are not completed or the duty is not done at all by 12:00 midnight.

•  Additionally, after one has received 3 “D's” they will be fined house points and money for every succeeding ‘D.'

•  The same applies for “DD”'s with more severe fines.
